You know what I really love about being a Black woman? Our hair! Whether you wear it natural, locked, short, with long extensions or in braids, many of us take pride in the individuality we can express through our hair.

Styling & Securing my Luvme Wig

Installing the headband wig was super-easy and quick (especially for a wig novice like myself)! After slicking down my edges, putting on the wig cap with one of the accompanying headbands, I was basically ready to go!

The nice thing about the Luvme wig is that there four are small combs located around the perimeter of the wig, allowing it to slide comfortably into your hair and giving you an extra secure feeling. But let’s talk about my favorite part: it doesn’t look “wiggy”! Let’s be honest—you’ve seen at least one questionable wig situation going on in your lifetime (lol). So, I must say that I like how natural and snug this wig is. I also really love the curl pattern and texture! I only had to tease it out just a little bit to get the volume and look I wanted. If wavy isn't your thing, they have kinky, curly and straight options as well.
